Because a 5-page site and a 15-page one do not cost the same. After the 30-minute call you get an exact price, which no longer changes.
Projects are paid in two instalments: 40% at start, 60% at launch. For online shops we can split into three.
No. Hosting, domain and licences are written in the offer. What is not written there, you do not pay.
For combined packages, yes: site + SEO or SEO + Ads come 10–15% cheaper than separately.
